Our Board of Trustees

As an independent school, St. Patrick's Episcopal Day School is organized as a not-for-profit institution and governed by a volunteer Board of Trustees. The Board is composed of parents, alumni, community leaders, and members of the parish. The Rector and the Head of School are permanent members of the Board. Members serve three-year terms with an option to renew.
