Library Assistants

  • Library volunteers are invaluable partners to the librarians and have the chance to see the students in Kindergarten to Grade 5 enjoy the literary heart of our school.
  • Commitment: Two-hour shifts every other week. Please note that a parent’s shift is often scheduled during his/her child’s class visit to the library.
  • Volunteer Duties: Volunteers check-in and shelve returned books; process new books, covering and preparing them for circulation; and assist children as needed.
