Grandparents and Special Friends Visiting Day

St. Patrick's is grateful for the grandparents who are a part of our community, all of whom enrich and support the work of the Day School. We invite grandparents—or special adult friends—to Grandparents & Special Friends Visiting Day on Tuesday, November 26. Special adult friends are always welcome for students whose grandparents are unable to join us on this day. Past special friends have included older siblings, aunts and uncles, or family friends. 

The day begins with coffee at 8:00 am, followed by welcoming remarks by Head of School Jalene Spain Thomas. From there, schedules will vary based on the student's grade. All grandparents and special friends are invited to visit classrooms, attend Chapel, and take photographs with their student host. The day wraps up at 11:45 am following student performances by Grades 3-8 in the gym.

We look forward to sharing part of the morning with these special visitors. Parking always presents challenges on such exciting days. Consider dropping off visitors at school and returning to get them at 11:45 am. There are several additional parking arrangements listed below. Visitors looking for parking should follow the directions of St. Patrick's faculty and staff upon arrival on Whitehaven Parkway.
