2026-2027 academic year, we are offering thoughtfully curated summer courses that present dynamic learning opportunities for rising Grade 4 to Grade 8 students.
Led by St. Patrick's Faculty, classes are designed to help students maintain their skills over the summer and feel well-prepared for the school year ahead.

Grammar Gladiators | This class is designed to clarify the rules of language and solidify students' knowledge of sentence structure. By the end of this course, students will have a newfound confidence and comfort when facing writing assignments in the upcoming school year. Taught by Ms. Hearn-Desautels, students will continue to build a solid foundation surrounding parts of speech, punctuation and usage. Through interactive games, collaborative activities, writing prompts, and opportunities for students to analyze and revise their own work and feel ready to tackle writing challenges for the academic year ahead. |

Grammar Gurus | Students will uncover the secret codes of commas, master mighty verbs, and conquer capitalizing nouns – all through fun games, extraordinary challenges, and maybe even a bit of wordplay silliness! Taught by Grade 5 teacher, Ms. Boudria, students will enhance their effective oral and written communication as they prepare for special events like the recitation contest. Students will gain confidence when learning and understanding rules and patterns in language to improve their writing skills in the upcoming year. Problem Solvers Studio
Exploratory Spanish for Beginners |
Step into the Problem Solvers Studio with Ms. Edwards and get prepped for Middle School math with confidence! This dynamic, hands-on refresher is the perfect way to sharpen those foundational skills from Lower School and boost readiness for sixth grade. Whether your student wants to fine-tune their math muscles or just make sure they're ready to hit the ground running, this is the place to be! Students will get an opportunity to refine and advance their Spanish skills through reading, writing, speaking, and listening with Ms. Rekhi. This course is for Middle School students who have a familiarity with the language and would like to sharpen their skills. In this class, we will also explore various cultural aspects of the 21 Spanish-speaking countries through food, sports, and learn about important people who have made significant contributions to their countries and society.
Join Ms. Rekhi as we learn about the foundational building blocks of learning a new language. This class provides an opportunity for learning to students who have had little to no exposure to Spanish. Learning a new language can feel overwhelming and intimidating; however, this class will help prepare students as they embark on their language learning journey. Students will learn vocabulary, basic grammatical skills, as well as common phrases through play, music, literature, and conversation. This class will help ease any fears or trepidations prior to the start of the school year. |
