St. Patrick’s Hosts Middle School Choral Festival

On Tuesday evening, March 7, we hosted the annual Middle School Choral Festival—an event that has not occurred since March 2019. This year, singers from Georgetown Day School and St. Albans joined our Grades 7 & 8 Choir to form a combined choir of nearly 150 students. Coming together for the first time that afternoon, the singers worked with the conductors from each school to polish their six selections.

Concertgoers were treated to a wide range of music styles, including two pieces sung in the round to create a surround sound effect, enveloping the audience with their sound. We were so proud to see our St. Patrick’s singers performing with such confidence and joyfulness!
