The Colors We Share by Angélica Dass is the March Book of the Month. It is a beautiful book that matches skin tones to Pantone colors and shares the diversity and range of skin color regardless of race. The Colors We Share encourages looking, questioning, and thinking about race, and our common humanity, in a new way.
The Pantone Matching System (PMS) is the color standardization system that assists in color matching and identification. It is comprised of 1,867 solid colors created by combining 13 base pigments. The majority of colors are assigned a three or four-digit identification number followed by the letters U, C, or M. Fun Fact - St. Patrick uses PMS 562 for our unique shade of green! We’re excited to dive into this SEEDs work this month.
