The Kindergarten 1 Cheetahs recently hosted a Publishing Party to showcase their incredible nonfiction and narrative-style teaching books! After weeks of hard work, the students proudly shared their writing and artwork, demonstrating their knowledge on a variety of topics, including beach days, playdates, bearded dragons, picnics, and more.
Families and friends gathered to celebrate the authors, who took pride not only in their finished books but also in the thoughtful way they shared their work with others. The room was filled with joy, creativity, and a sense of accomplishment as the young writers explained what they had created.
We applaud K1 teachers Sydney Britton and Amy Thomas-Martinez for inspiring creativity and curiosity with this thoughtful and engaging project! Congratulations to the K1 Cheetahs on a wonderful Publishing Party! Your dedication and enthusiasm for learning are inspiring.
