Assistant Head of School for EDI Erica Thompson Featured in NAES Newsletter!
An article entitled “They Understand,” written by Erica Thompson, Assistant Head of School for Equity, Diversity, and Inclusion, was featured in the National Association of Episcopal Schools’ (NAES) February newsletter! The article does a fantastic job of highlighting the Day School’s commitment to social justice and how we encourage our students to lean into this important pillar of the St. Patrick’s curriculum. Mrs. Thompson details the ways in which St. Patrick’s strives to shape ethical citizens who value fairness, empathy, and inclusivity.
