According to the focus-group materials, the intention was “to better understand how important different areas are to young people—such as social interactions with peers, educational experiences in and out of school, and environmental conditions—and what others, such as educators, parents, and policymakers, can do to enhance young people’s perceptions of life.” We were excited to offer this opportunity to some of our students and trust they found it interesting.
