Annual NAIS Conference: Cultivating Community

Last week, a few members of the Administrative Team took part in the NAIS Annual Conference hosted in Las Vegas. The theme for the conference was Cultivating Community. “Community is a shared language, a common purpose, and a safe place to land during difficult times.” Our staff who attended the conference were among other independent school professionals from across the country, connecting and learning from one another. 

The sessions spanned from the Heads Institute, communication, marketing, advancement trends, and techniques, the classroom experience, the student experience, management, leadership, and more.  Those opportunities, and the keynote speakers who gave big-picture views on issues relevant to education, made the conference a rewarding professional development experience for our St. Patrick’s Administration.
