This spring, the Advancement Office invited alumni and parents of alumni to reconnect with St. Patrick’s at events filled with joyful greetings and heartfelt reunions.
Over 22 members of the Class of 2020, along with their parents, gathered with faculty, administrators, and Head of School Jalene Spain Thomas for a special reunion at St. Patrick’s. With a pizza truck and an ice cream truck on hand, our alumni and their parents reminisced about their time at the Day School. Touring the campus, our young alumni were surprised that spaces like the mini gym and Lower School Common Room seemed much smaller than they remembered! At the end of the evening, they took the obligatory group photo in their college swag. As they embark on the next chapter of their academic journey, we hope the Class of 2020 and their families remember that “once a Wolfhound, always a Wolfhound!”
A beautiful spring evening provided the perfect backdrop for a Parents of Alumni gathering at Surfside. We were delighted to welcome parents spanning over 45 years; we had guests representing graduates from the Class of 2023 back to the Class of 1976! With over 60 guests in attendance, lively conversation and laughter continued well into the night. Our deepest gratitude goes to Melanie Gilbert (Ethan ‘11 and Margaret '14) and Tom Duckenfield ex. ’76 (Katherine ’19), whose enthusiasm ensured the event's success.
We are in the process of establishing an Alumni Board. If you are interested in learning more and helping to plan future events, please contact Director of Constituent Relations Chris Bolger for details. Stay tuned for future events for our St. Patrick’s alumni and parents of alumni.
