Grade 6 Adventures at Echo Hill

We are happy to report that, once again, our overnight trip to Echo Hill Outdoor School was a rousing success. Over three days, our Grade 6 students took on challenges like climbing 40 feet up a tree to reach a platform leading to a zipline, learned some history as they visited Chestertown, Maryland, and learned about the Chesapeake Bay as they set off on boats to see the different types of life that inhabit this important estuary. Even with one night of significant rain, the students proved themselves to be outstanding outdoors people, accepting the conditions for what they were and making the most of the trip.
