WRITING & LEARNING CENTER HOSTS FOURTH COFFEE: YOUR MIDDLE SCHOOL READER
The St. Patrick's Writing & Learning Center hosted its fourth parent coffee of the year, Your Middle School Reader, on Wednesday, January 16. Librarian Jamila Felton, Grades 6 and 7 humanities teacher Julia Smith, and Upper School Learning Specialist/MacArthur Campus Writing & Learning Center Director Leah Corradi led the coffee. MARTIN LUTHER KING JR. CHAPELS WELCOME THE REV. DR. GAYLE FISHER-STEWART
We invite parents to join us tomorrow, Friday, January 18, for chapels to honor of the life of the Rev. Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. The Kindergarten-Grade 5 chapel begins at 8:30 am in the Nave. The Grades 6-8 chapel begins at 2:10 pm on the MacArthur Campus.

Following the success of our discussions in October 2017 and October 2018, St. Patrick's is offering another opportunity to discuss how race affects us and our children.

REMAINING ERB TEST DATES
Please consult the schedule below to confirm when your son/daughter is taking the Educational Records Bureau's Comprehensive Testing Program 4 (ERB/CTP 4). The test measures student aptitude and achievement in several verbal and quantitative areas.
REGISTRATION FOR SESSION II AFTER-SCHOOL CLUBS CLOSES TUESDAY
Registration for Session II After-School Clubs is now open but will close Tuesday, January 22, at 11:00 am. Kindly note that most After-School Clubs began this week. However, Flag Football, Lego Robotics, Girls on the Run, Soccer Training with GWU, and the Tennis Clinic with GWU will begin during the spring.

It has been a strong winter season so for our Wolfhounds, as both boys and girls junior varsity and varsity basketball teams have won hard-fought games and continued to improve on an individual and team basis.
