Blackbaud Access to Class Placement & Directories –
Instructions for Families

LOG INTO BLACKBAUD HERE

1. ​​​​​​In Blackbaud Education, select your child from the toolbar.

Click on your child's name, then choose Courses from the dropdown menu.

2. Click on your child’s Homeroom/Advisory course.

3. Select the Roster tab to view your child’s teacher(s) and class information.

There are four ways to find contact information in Blackbaud Education:

1. View directory with filters
   • Best for looking for small amounts of contact information and location filters
2. Advisory (class) Report (PDF) from the Resource Board
   • There is also a more comprehensive report that can print all students or a grade-level
3. Advisory (class) List (Excel) from the Resource Board
4. View a class roster where your son/daughter is enrolled
   • This option will be available closer to the start of school

• After clicking the View All link from the Reports tile
  • Click on the Run link next to the Student Parent Directory (Verdana) report
• Select report options (see below)
• Click on the format to create the report

1. Navigate to the Resource Board
2. Click the View All link from the Lists tile
3. Click on the Run link next to a Homeroom link
4. Click Export to download an Excel file 

1. Click on one of the two directories with filters
2. Filter as needed
3. Select format
4. Note: Printing will not only print filtered results

1. Select a student

2. Click the [Roster] tab
