Application Process

The best way to learn about St. Patrick's is by visiting us! We offer weekly small-group information sessions and school tours for prospective Kindergarten parents on Tuesday mornings from 9:30 to 11:00 am, as well as larger Open Houses, listed below.

Please sign up for a visit by accessing Finalsite, our online admission system, through the online inquiry form or by creating a Finalsite account here.

(Of course, we'd love to have you visit more than once if you'd like, but if you are applying to St. Patrick's for more than one child, you are only required to visit once.)

The optional parent interview is an opportunity for prospective parents to meet with a member of the St. Patrick's Enrollment Management team to learn more about our school and share information about their child(ren) and family.

Once you have completed your application, please sign up for a VIRTUAL interview by accessing Finalsite, our online admission system. 

You may complete and submit an application (with applicable fee) at any time in the admission process. To begin an application, please create a Finalsite account here. The application deadline is January 10, 2025.

Children participate in 45-minute, small-group playvisits in January and early February. Parents may register for a playvisit after submitting the application through Finalsite, our online admission system. 

Applicants to Kindergarten are required to submit a teacher recommendation. The recommendation form is sent directly from Finalsite, our online admission system, as part of the application process. Teacher recommendation forms are due on January 17, 2025.

Standardized testing is not required for Kindergarten applicants.

Applicants to Grades 1-3 participate in half-day visits in a classroom at their current grade level. During the visit, students participate in the daily routine of the class and have a one-on-one assessment with one of our learning specialists. We recommend that students wear comfortable shoes and clothes for both indoor and outdoor play. A snack will be provided. Please inform us about any allergies prior to the visit. 

Applicants to Grades 4-5 participate in full-day visits in a classroom at their current grade level. During the visit, students participate in the daily routine of the class and have a one-on-one assessment with one of our learning specialists. We recommend that students wear comfortable shoes and clothes for both indoor and outdoor play. A snack and lunch will be provided. Please inform us about any allergies prior to the visit. **We require all student visitors to be vaccinated.

Once your application is submitted, you may choose a visit day in Finalsite, our online admission system.

Applicants to Grades 1-5 are required to submit a teacher recommendation form to their current homeroom teacher. The recommendation form is sent directly from Finalsite, our online admission system, as part of the application process. Teacher recommendation forms are due on January 17, 2025.

Applicants to Grades 1-5 are required to submit a signed School Report and Transcript Release form to their current school. The School Report and Transcript Release Form may be found in Finalsite, our online admission system. School Report/Transcripts are due on January 17, 2025.
