PK-Grade 8 Admissions Application Process

The best way to learn about St. Patrick's is by visiting us! We offer weekly small-group information sessions and school tours for parents on Wednesday mornings from 9:30 to 11:00 am, as well as larger Open Houses, listed below.

The parent interview is an opportunity for parents to meet with a member of the St. Patrick's Enrollment Management team to share information about their child(ren) and family and learn more about our school.

Once you have completed your application, please sign up for an interview (virtual or in person) by accessing Finalsite, our online admission system. 

Kindergarten children participate in 45-minute, small-group playvisits in January and early February. Parents may register for a playvisit after submitting the application through Finalsite, our online admission system. 

Applicants to Grades 1-3 participate in half-day visits in a classroom at their current grade level. During the visit, students participate in the daily routine of the class and have a one-on-one assessment with one of our learning specialists. We recommend that students wear comfortable shoes and clothes for both indoor and outdoor play. A snack will be provided. Please inform us about any allergies prior to the visit. Parents may register for a student visit after submitting the application through Finalsite, our online admission system. 

Applicants for Kindergarten - Grade 3 are required to:

• submit a Teacher Recommendation form from their current teacher. The Teacher Recommendation form is sent directly from  the applicant's checklist in Finalsite, our online admission system.
• submit a signed School Report and Transcript Release form to their current school. The School Report and Transcript Release form is sent directly from  the applicant's checklist in Finalsite, our online admission system.

All supporting materials are DUE on January 16, 2026.

Standardized testing is not required.
