Tutoring

Tutoring on an individual basis is sometimes recommended by the School. When tutoring is necessary, parents must work closely with the Division Head and homeroom teacher to maximize effectiveness and provide open communication. A parent may contract with a tutoring center or with private tutors recommended by the School. A child’s current teacher at St. Patrick’s may not tutor the child (for pay) as long as the child is in the teacher’s class for any subject. Tutoring times must not conflict with a child’s daily class schedule at St. Patrick’s. Please contact the Director of Auxiliary and Summer Programming if a tutoring session is taking place after school. 

Limited financial aid is available for tutoring to families who participate in the Financial Aid Program. Parents should contact the Director of Enrollment Management for more information.
