    Students celebrated "the festival of lights," which Hindu people all over the world celebrate by lighting candles and lamps and decorating their houses. India’s most important holiday of the year, Diwali signifies the victory of light over darkness. Those celebrating Diwali wear new clothes and exchange gifts with loved ones. Hindus pray at a temple or in their home for a successful year.

    On Monday, November 3, the Day School will celebrate All Saints Day by gathering in the Nave at 8:30 am for a Kindergarten to Grade 8 Chapel. On this day, we will remember the whole communion of saints (both those who are living and those who have died) and the interconnectedness of the family of God.

  • DIVERSITY AND SOCIAL JUSTICE GRANT RECIPIENTS REPORT ON SUMMER’S WORK

    Last spring, a group of 12 faculty, staff, and administrators received a Parents Association grant for a two-year project examining diversity and social justice (DSJ) issues at St. Patrick’s. The committee’s goal is to gather information about the current community, school climate, and curriculum and identify areas of strength and potential growth and improvement.
