  • Eighth Summer with Horizons Public-Private Partnership Begins in June

    Grade 1 teacher Tina White, Grade 2 learning specialist Madeline Peck, Kindergarten teacher Lydia Helgesen, and auxiliary programs instructor Benjamin Perkins will bring their skills to our Horizons students this summer. Grade 3 teacher Rachel Levin and Grade 1 teacher Annie Miller will return to their roles as Site Director and Assistant Site Director, respectively.

  • Field Day for Students in Kindergarten to Grade 8 on Thursday, June 9

    Four years ago, the Grades 4 to 6 Student Council organized the first Field Day on the Foxhall Campus. Students in Kindergarten through Grade 8 will spend time celebrating the end of the school year while enjoying our beautiful field and stadium during our fourth annual Field Day scheduled for Thursday, June 9.

    On Monday, May 16, and Monday, May 23, members of the Grade 6 Community Service Club visited the Lisner-Louise-Dickson-Hurt Home, which provides health- and life-care services to indigent and modest-income seniors in Washington, D.C.

  • Wolfhounds Capture CAC Sportsmanship Award for Third Consecutive Year

    The Capital Athletic Conference (CAC) Sportsmanship Award is the highest and most-coveted honor awarded to one of the six members of the league. CAC athletic directors vote by confidential ballot in May for the school each believes demonstrates the best examples of sportsmanship within the league.

  • Videos Featuring Teachers, Students, and Parents Unveiled

    This summer, St. Patrick’s will launch a newly-redesigned website that will function, as our current website has, as the Day School’s most frequent first point of contact with prospective families. Included on the new homepage will be two professionally-produced videos, one featuring three of our wonderful faculty members, and another featuring parents and members of the Grade 6 and Grade 8 classes.
