What is 'Houndnet?

A

'Houndnet is a resource for parents, students, alumni, faculty and staff, and Trustees. Here you can find calendars, schedule changes or cancellations, news items, menus, volunteer opportunities, and the Thursday Bulletin. Click on “'Houndnet/Parents/ Summer Mailings” for the whole collection of summer mailings including the July Carpool Initiative email and others to be emailed in early August.

How do I find my child's classmates on the Google carpool map?

A

Currently, you can find your address and the locations of other St. Patrick's families nearby (no grade levels are specified).

To see a separate listing of all of the children in your child’s grade, click on “Update Your Profile” or “Directory.”

Then click on “Search Student/Parent Directory.”

You can enter your child's grade and press search to see a full listing of your child's grade.

What do I do if I need to change my profile but I can't remember my password?

A

After you enter your login (which is your email), click on “Retrieve Password.” A new password will be sent to your email. You should reset your password when prompted.

When will I get my summer mailings including my child's class list?

A

The next summer mailing will be emailed on or about August 3. That mailing includes communications from the Head of School, the Rector, and your Division Head as well as your child's class assignment. In addition, you can find all of the summer mailings here:

When can I pick up my Parent Handbook and Directory, carpool number, and Art Calendar?

A

If all of your medical forms and the dismissal form are on file with the school, you can pick these up Wednesday, August 29, and Thursday, August 30, from 8:00 am to 4:00 pm; Friday, August 31, from 8:00 am to noon; and Tuesday morning, the first day of school. You can also come in during those times to complete or deliver forms that may be missing.
