St. Patrick’s alumni can re-connect, get involved and cultivate relationships with classmates and parents from the community in various ways. We encourage all St. Patrick’s alumni – from the class of 1974 all the way to the Grade 6 and Grade 8 classes of 2011 – to take full advantage of these various networking opportunities:
Stay in Touch
We invite all alumni and alumni families to participate in all activities at St. Patrick's. Let us know where you have been and where you are going by submitting class notes or address changes to Katherine Lea, Director of Alumni & Parent Programs, at email@example.com. You can also complete the change of address form here.
Pay it Forward - Giving to St. Patrick’s
We encourage all alumni to take the opportunity to “pay it forward” and support St. Patrick’s annual giving as a way to provide for the most fundamental aspects of a St. Patrick’s education. Any gift to St. Patrick’s, no matter the size, is a sign of your commitment to furthering the mission of our school and is greatly appreciated. Click here for more information about donating to the Annual Fund.
Follow A Broader Vision: Campaign for St. Patrick’s
A Broader Vision is an $8-million campaign that will finance St. Patrick’s first regulation-size athletic field, support infrastructural development on the Foxhall Campus, and strengthen our capital base through the reduction of debt. For the most up-to-date information on the campaign, architectural drawings, and photos of the construction progress, please click here.
Join the Summer Program
The Summer at St. Patrick’s
offers an array of interesting, exciting, child-centered activities for children ages three through fourteen. Many of our staff members are St. Patrick’s alumni. For more information about the program and application details email Dr. Rhia Hamilton, Director of Auxiliary Programs, at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Embark on Horizons
The Horizons program is a public-private collaboration providing a summer-based intervention for low-income students to continue learning at a time when they might otherwise experience a decline in their academic development. As part of Horizons Greater Washington, St. Patrick’s is partnered with Bancroft Elementary in DC. St. Patrick’s alumni are encouraged to participate as HATs (Horizons Assistant Teacher). A HAT is usually a student of high school or college age who is very interested in working and playing with children ages 6 through 13. They have the opportunity to use this summer experience as a “paid position” or for their service learning / community service hours. For more information email Laura Petersen at mailto:email@example.com.
Other Volunteer Opportunities
Beyond Horizons and Summer at St. Patrick’s, we are always in need of volunteers for our community-building and fundraising activities. Click here for more information about volunteer opportunities at the school.
