Inquiring into Life at St. Patrick's

We appreciate your interest in St. Patrick's.  In order that we may send you a packet of our admission materials, please do the following:  

• Fill out an online inquiry form.
• Be sure to press review and then submit when you have finished filling out the form.
• You must submit an inquiry for each child if you are considering St. Patrick's for multiple children.
• Admission packets are mailed on a weekly basis from our office.
  

Please note, this online inquiry form is not an application, but rather the first step in our admission process. Once you have submitted your inquiry, the next step is to set up a parent interview/tour by calling our admission office.  We look forward to hearing from you!
